University sponsored events that will have alcohol present must be OFFICIALLY REGISTERED with the CADE office at least, two full business weeks prior to the event date. It can take up to 10 business days to process event registration paperwork. Therefore we request that you submit event registration paperwork NO LATER THAN 10 FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. This will allow for the necessary time to properly register the event. Registrations received LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

Attention Student Organizations: No registered events can be held after April 30th.
